This 12,000 Sq.Ft Luxurious Home in Kerala Channels An Expansive, Expensive Vibe

Fusion style is an easy and brilliant way to work with your existing interior pieces and mix-and-match to create something unique and unusual. With chosen elements and theories, fusion style is boundless in its ability to produce inspired original ideas and schemes. Here, take a virtual tour of the warm and inviting Kerala home design punctuated with bold, fusion, and personal touches.

With an ideal blend of traditional and contemporary architectural elements, this 12,000 sq. ft. house residence in Muvattupuzha, Kerala is enhanced with several courtyards and wall frames, and marble floorings. We used a color palette that ranges from a neutral tone to shades of grey, white, and black.

Living Space

On the ground floor, there are two family lounges with a courtyard facing. From there, you can take the look at the beautiful stone-touched courtyard, without much effort. Also, there is an painting frame covering the walls and making it aesthetic. The colors used on the sofa are black, white, and blue which is just perfect – neither dark nor light! Exposure to natural light illuminates the interior structure.

Guest Bedroom

Right after the living room, there is a guest bedroom with attractive veneer panels, ambient lighting, and inviting colors – warmer than white, dreamier than beige! The room creates a seamless transition to a wide verandah view.

Dining Space

Climb the classy wooden staircase and head to the dining space. The veneer false ceiling board and subtle gray look keep the room lighter and brighter. There’s a separate and private dining wash area closed off with a full-length wooden cabinet. A beautiful wall art frame in your view to enjoy while waiting to dine!

Kitchen

The open kitchen beside the dining space makes for better bonding with family and guests. With the fitted storage and built-in appliances, the kitchen space is clutter-free. The white tiles with metal breeding give the minimalistic look.

Cabinet & Fire Kitchen

The luxury-type modular kitchen cabinet looks spectacular and the white-colored kitchen is on-trend and works with both traditional and contemporary kitchens. Also, you get the landscape view from the workspace.

Pooja Room

The pooja room boasts of stunning jaali-work doors and the back panels make the space feel more luxurious and special. There is a French huge window at the back from where you can see the courtyard.

GF Lounge

There’s a TV lounge space with storage cabinets and aesthetic light elements. The veneer wall panels make a stunning focal point in such an open plan space. 

Master Bedroom

The multitude of textures throughout this design makes it a visual delight. These traditional elements are completely unique to your space and make the whole design feel much more indulgent. A sitting area has been created with a relaxing landscape view. The toilet room compliments the bedroom design.

Balcony 1

In front of the master bedroom, there is a staircase leading to the balcony view. There’s an open and panoramic gazebo. This ultra-modern gazebo design appeals beautifully with complete wood elements. You can enjoy the great outdoors at your leisure!

Mother’s Bedroom

The neutral wall art with a wooden backdrop achieves a more elegant or refined look. The chandelier lights add an extra flair to the room. The bathroom tiles also have the same pattern as the bedroom. There’s a small sitting space with an outside view.

Courtyard Spaces

From the TV lounge space, we have courtyards aside – interior courtyard and exterior courtyard.

The interior courtyard space tends to be naturally brighter and well-ventilated. The patterned walls make the space even more cheerful. Below the staircase, there are pebble stones with cement-finished walls.

The exterior courtyard have a porch area for an evening hangout. The captivating greens and stone wall allows nature to become a major part of home’s art.

Staircase

From the internal courtyard side, you can climb upstairs to the first floor with the lounge space followed by the kids’ bedroom. While climbing stairs, you can see wall lightings which serve as a safety feature while still making the interiors look cohesive.

Kids Bedroom

Two kids’ bed space is available with a wooden platform that has ample storage cabinets. There is a common bedside table for both kids. The bedding and pillows bring a pattern here which aims for a trendy ambiance with a healthy dose of color and pattern. The other side of the room has a huge study space for both the kids with associated cabinets and decorated with wall frames. Like other bedrooms, this presents an extraordinary landscape view. The wooden touch in the entire room and bathroom adds a traditional touch of luxury.

First Floor First Bedroom

Sophisticated black walls serve as the perfect backdrop in the room. The contrasting white walls and woodtone elevate the room and add to its cozy vibe. In the first floor bedrooms, every toilet has a bathtub. The candles and flowers shape the theme much more elegantly.

First Floor Second Bedroom

This room is more of a light shade; A wood makeover with creamy white shade will heighten the aesthetic level of your bedroom. The table lamps, hanging lights, and the color combination give a calming and comforting aura that promotes sleep.

Balcony 2

On the first floor, there is a balcony to relax with huge openings encouraging more of nature. The continuous wood elements incorporated with glass create a strong architectural effect.

A solely dedicated home theatre room with comfortable seats and light arrangements. In addition to a great sound and video quality, the seats are extra comfy! The natural lighting and the view of this room make it extraordinary.
